You can make your own body scrub by mixing olive oil and sugar.

Too little omega 3 and too much omega 6 leads to inflammation and that will age your skin.

But if you are short on nutrients, your skin is not prioritized.
More important organs will be prioritized and your skin will suffer.

1,5-2,5 liter depending on your activity level.
Its easy to check if you've been drinking enough. Just notice the color and odor when you pee! Almost odorless and light light yellow is good. Strong smell and color is a warning sign.
Add flavor to your water if it help you drink more.
